Provides leadership for personnel involved in resource management. Manages the annual budgeting process. Ensures integrity in business policies and accounting practices as well as compliance with Action Alliance Financial Policies and Procedures. Ensures the secure and accurate deposit and investment of all revenues, including preparing cash flow projections and other analyses as needed. Approves purchases and ensures prompt verification and payment of bills. Ensures fiscal compliance with all contracts and establishes and maintains systems for appropriate tracking and reporting.
