April 14, 2012 Clothesline Project sponsored by The Crisis Center, Inc. 2pm-6pm (Rain Date: 4/15/12). State Street Farmers Market, Bristol, VA/TN. The Crisis Center has organized the second Annual Clothesline Project to honor women who have been affected by sexual assault and domestic violence. The Clothesline Project is a visual display of shirts designed by survivors and friends of victims. Event will include awareness activities, music and much more. Richmond Take Back the Night on April 11, 2012 6pm Sponsored by SAVES, VCU. VCU Student Commons in the Commonwealth Ballroom. The event will include powerful performances, speakers, and a march across campus to get our voices heard. Take Back The Night is extremely empowering and emotional as numerous survivors will tell their stories and realize that they are not alone.
