DESCRIPTION:Bring your lunch and join the Action Alliance’s Project for the Empowerment of Survivors (PES) for an informal lunch conversation. PES provides advice and information on a variety of legal issues to survivors.  You’ll learn about the legal helpline\, PES services\, and how you can access these resources.  Advocates will have the chance to ask questions about the PES’ services and the process for accessing services. We also encourage you to come and share information about the trends you’re seeing in your local communities and jurisdictions. (Note: questions about specific individual survivors or situations should addressed separately with PES\, which can be contacted through the Statewide Hotline\, 800-838-8238.)  \nThis is also intended for any agency staff working with survivors who may have legal questions/concerns.
