Cyberstalking and Harassment: The Next Frontier of Intimate Partner Violence, Part 2

This two-part series is intended for attorneys, prosecutors, advocates, law enforcement and other professionals that work with survivors of intimate partner violence who are impacted by cyberstalking and harassment. The series will provide an overview of abuse and stalking dynamics, map out the legal landscape impacting victims of cyberstalking and harassment, and provide resources, guidance and tools for professionals assisting survivors impacted by cyberstalking and harassment.
The first segment will be presented by Jay Sinha, Counsel, Global Operations and Compliance, of Verizon Enterprise Solutions and Caitlin Bradley, the Legal Director for the Project for the Empowerment of Survivors at the Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance.
The second segment will include an expert panel discussion featuring Eva Galperin, Director of Cybersecurity at Electronic Frontier Foundation; Tara Hairston, Head of Government Relations and Public Affairs, North America at Kaspersky; and Samantha Davison, Head of Trust Engineering at Robinhood. Participants will have the opportunity to ask the experts questions related to safety planning and tech safety for survivors.
