Moving to VA from the Midwest! Connecting to get involved in this work upon arrival in January 2023. I currently work for a state DV coalition on federal and state grant projects including DV prevention work, Law Enforcement DV training coordinator, and survivor task force member. With my business, Sara Speaks, I speak publically to create awareness and empower others through my survivorship story and education workshops. I coach to guide others to create their most fulfilling life, identifying goals and breaking down their barriers. I believe wholehearted in educating our youth and young adults about healthy vs unhealthy relationships, building self-worth while changing social norms and self-destructive narratives.
