Breathing Space focuses on strengthening connection, wellness, and wholeness, from the inside out, creating shifts, big and small, that will lead to more sustainable and whole futures for those who work in the movement to end sexual and domestic violence. 

Building healing-centered practices for ourselves and our organizations is essential if we hope to be agents of healing in the lives of survivors for generations to come.

This journal is designed for advocates to use individually AND as a tool when they gather with other helpers. Use it on your own or within your agency as a staff development or wellness tool. The journal makes a great holiday, birthday, or going away gift, too! Prompts include:
