Advocates at local sexual assault crisis centers and domestic violence shelters are frontline workers—showing up every day to provide vital support, safety, and healing to survivors. Their work is often quiet, but it is powerful: they prevent violence before it happens, respond in moments of crisis, and walk alongside survivors in their journey toward justice and recovery.

This work is especially urgent in today’s America, where too many people—particularly those from marginalized communities—continue to fight for the basic right to live safely, freely, and as their full, authentic selves. As LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, immigrants, and others face renewed efforts to silence, erase, or push them into the shadows, advocates are standing firm. They are listening. They are believing. And they are working to build a world where everyone is valued, protected, and free from violence.

We are profoundly grateful for these essential workers who continue to lead with compassion, courage, and an unwavering commitment to justice. They are here for you, your friends, and your loved ones—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
